Research On The Optimization Of Project Management System For G Telecommunication Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of communication technology,especially 3G and 4G technology,the telecommunication industry has ushered in the rapid development.The method of project management theory has been introduced to the telecommunications industry,enterprises and organizations in the industry pay more and more attention to the ideological and the theory of project management.How to combine the actual situation of enterprises,establish a successful project management system,is the most effective way for every enterprise to build its core competitiveness.This paper is based on the most domestic company the telecommunication construction industry as the research object.First,through literature research,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,data analysis and other methods,such as K-PMMM Project Management Maturity Model for self-evaluation,a detailed observation of the G-company's project management system is presented.Secondly,the paper puts forward the design model of project management system.The effectiveness of the project management system is optimized through the comparison of the assessment.The research of this paper could effectively solve the problems of G-company in project management,with improvement not only in the efficiency and benefit of project management,but also in the core competitiveness of enterprises.Secondly,it provides a reference template for other companies,which has good practical and theoretical significance.
