The Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Achievement Management System Of Shanxi University Business College

With the fast development of higher education,the innovative ability of doing scientific research has been regarded as an important judging standard,especially for independent colleges.In order to inspire the researchers of all branches to focus on their study,achieve brilliant results and besides to make sure that the workload of researchers and all stuffs of management lightened,we have created a management system of research to satisfy the development of diversification of university,based on the evaluation methods of research results of the college.In addition,in this paper,for evaluating the research achievement,evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process has been established.The evaluation model of research results of linear fusion is proposed.The evaluation of core indexes based on analysis of principal component is proposed.The evaluation method of core scientific research members based on PageRank graph sorting algorithm is proposed.These methods have greatly enriched the connotation of research results evaluation.According to the practical need of the management of research achievements of Business College,typing in the research data by category,analyzing the data,model evaluation and all such technical and basic operations can be done to realize the information management of data during the whole process.This paper analyzes the research achievement management system of Business College from technical feasibility and economic feasibility.The technique way which will be discussed in the paper adopts the SSM-based J2 EE three-layer Web systematic framework.Combined with the actual business,the UML modeling is carried out on the basis of the conclusion of system feasibility.Besides the system deployment structure,software design structure and functional structure are rationally designed.From the aspects of scientific research projects,achievements,assessment and management,the design and implementation of the main functional modules and the software testing in professional intensity on each module has been performed.In addition,the evaluation model of scientific research results based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on the analytic hierarchy process.The core achievement index evaluation method of component analysis.These methods have greatly enriched the connotation of scientific research results evaluation.By the deployment and application of the management system,firstly the quality of research achievement can be evaluated effectively,secondly the research capacity of teachers can be improved.Thirdly it can afford the guideline for the promotion of the research ability.Furthermore,thanks to the system,the burden of the researchers and stuff of management can be reduced.Finally,the accuracy,timeliness,wholeness of the data and the fairness of the assessment of the research project can be guaranteed.
