Research On The Effect Of Retrieval Results Presentation Mode On Retrieval Results

The sci-tech literature service platform takes on the responsibility of ensuring the knowledge resources of social innovation activities.It is the main source for academic workers to retrieve,view and obtain documents.Document retrieval is the most basic system function provided by them.Therefore,improving the retrieval function and improving retrieval results is one of the most basic directions of platform optimization.A scientific and effective way of retrieving results is an important part of document retrieval.How to render the results in a multi-dimensional and intuitive way to users,thus improving the accuracy and efficiency of retrieval,has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of sci-tech literature service platform.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the current retrieval mode of sci-tech literature service platform can be classified into two categories according to whether or not the subject classification is carried out.One is that there is no topic classification of the retrieval results,but only the linear sequence of the returned results in the order of correlation or time order;and the other is that the retrieval results are divided into multiple categories according to the theme and given to each category.A certain label enables users to directly locate the category of interest according to the label and get all the documents under that category as an option to narrow the scope of retrieval results.Therefore,this paper has carried out an experimental study on the impact of the retrieval way of the scientific literature service platform on retrieval results.The purpose is to investigate whether the topic grouping can promote users to spend less time and energy,retrieve more and more relevant literature,and whether there are differences in the influence of different retrieval experience users and different complexity tasks on retrieval results.First,based on research purpose and related research results,this paper constructs an impact model of retrieval results presentation on different retrieval experience level users and different complexity retrieval tasks,and takes the retrieval result presentation,user retrieval experience and task complexity as independent variables,with retrieval effect as dependent variable,and then uses cognitive psychology theory and related research results.On the basis of this,a series of research hypotheses describing the relationship between variables are put forward.Finally,taking the headlines,abstracts and keywords of CNKI as the data sources,we develop the experimental system and recruit participants to participate in the experiment.We use the "situational experiment + questionnaire" method to get 129 sample data.Reliability and validity analysis was used to test the reliability of the scale and task complexity control.The results showed that the reliability of the scale was good,and the participants could feel the distinction of task complexity.Through one-way ANOVA,this study examined the main effects of retrieval performance,retrieval experience level and task complexity on retrieval results.The results show that the theme grouping presentation method has higher retrieval accuracy,longer retrieval time and lower user psychological burden;complex tasks have lower retrieval accuracy,longer retrieval time and higher user psychological load;and users' retrieval experience level has no significant effect on retrieval results.By means of two factor analysis of variance,this study examined the interaction of retrieval results with user retrieval experience level and task complexity.The results show that: when performing simple tasks,the accuracy of linear list presentation is higher;and when performing complex tasks,the accuracy of subject group presentation is higher;whether it is simple tasks or complex tasks,the theme grouping presentation mode has higher retrieval time and lower user psychological burden.The conclusion of this paper can contribute to promoting users' understanding and use of topic grouping and knowledge organization and presentation,thereby enriching the retrieval experience,and providing directional suggestions for the optimization of sci-tech literature service platform.
