Currently, there are many difficulties of implementation VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and JMI(Jointly Managed Inventory) project with suppliers in retail industry. A study show the main problem of difficulty is the big deviation of sales forecast and production forecast. And the most suppliers’information system are weak.Firstly, the paper discusses the three levels calculation of the replenishment, calculation of production forecast, production and shipping, and define the formula model base on it. Then the paper providing a demonstration of replenishment calculation for how it works on one product. Afterwards, explaining the technology of realization and control methods of data exchange between the system and data warehouse and how to get the real in-transit date and explaining the difficulty of the mapping process for getting the real in-transit data, then providing the feasibility solutions. After then the paper introduce the three types of replenishment orders routine orders, promotional orders and implementation order, the character of the three types and business applications scope, the impact on permanent product calculation from promotional order in particular, with actual practical solutions afterward. Finally, for system design and implementation part, the paper gives data flow diagram and data tables of core module, realization the key components in the system base on Java technology framework principle. With the implementation of supply chain integration system, it’s not only reduce the risk of implementation VMI and JMI project, and also let decision makers make correct and rapid response rely on system timely and accurate feedback. Thereby significantly reducing the inventory of the chain.
