Research On The "Internet +" Based Design Of Information Network Platform For Small And Medium-sized Textile Machinery Enterprises

In recent years,China vigorously promote the "Internet +" industry development,which for China's small and medium-sized textile machinery enterprises to upgrade,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to provide a good opportunity and platform.In this context,the "Internet +" concept in the process of integration with small and medium textile enterprises in the process,the same subversion of the traditional textile products design model,gave birth to a new form of textile machinery product design,attention to the user needs as the guide,Allowing users to participate in the design process design.The arrival of the industry 4.0 era,to promote the textile product design in addition to the product itself to meet the human-computer interaction experience,more importantly,to meet the textile machinery users,textile machinery manufacturers and the use of the environment itself,the combination of sustainable textile machinery product design concept."Internet + Design" emphasizes intelligent design,in the production of a highly flexible configuration of the conditions of large-scale production of sustainable textile machinery products,innovative textile machinery users with small and medium textile enterprises "interconnection,interoperability,mutual enjoyment" of the whole Orientation to participate in the user experience process.The new design pattern can quickly adapt to the changes in the market,the formation of designers and users of the benign interaction between the designer by changing the design concept,the use of Internet information technology tools to better meet the basic needs of users,to enhance customer satisfaction.In this paper,through the investigation and research on the "Internet +" application of small and medium-sized textile machinery enterprises and textile machine users,this paper studies the traditional small and medium-sized textile enterprises and their informatization under the background of "questionnaire and interview" Development status and the real needs of textile machinery users.Found in the "Internet +" information technology popular today,the traditional small and medium-sized textile machinery business design processand the "Internet +" design service process gap.Textile machinery users need to show the needs of the platform,small and medium textile enterprises of the product is also a lack of new ways to display,can not expand the new user base.According to the survey results,the factors that affect the sustainable design of textile machinery products are analyzed,and the concept of "Internet +" is introduced into the construction of enterprise informationization of medium and small textile enterprises,and the way of satisfying user's needs can be analyzed.Based on this,the paper studies the characteristics of "Internet +","Internet +" to guide the design idea,design method and design flow of small and medium textile enterprises.And compared with the traditional mode of small and medium textile enterprises in textile machinery product design model for comparative analysis.And finally build a set of "Internet +" small and medium-sized textile enterprises enterprise information network platform to promote small and medium textile enterprises innovative textile products design model.
