As modern signal processing has been developing in the direction of digitization and softwaring,the demands of embedded signal processing platform to system processing capacity,data throughput and data transmission bandwidth has been growing continuously.Traditional VME and CPCI bus has become more and more difficult to meet the development demands of embedded signal processing platform.Currently,high-speed serial bus such as VPX has been gradually replacing parallel shared bus such as VME and CPCI.VPX has become the preferred choice of reinforcement embedded platform on account of advanced bus structure,excellent performance of conduction cooling and anti-seismic,as well as high-speed transmission bandwidth.Therefore,it is of great importance to develop embedded signal processing platform based on VPX.VPX high-speed signal sampling and processing card which is the key card of VPX embedded signal processing platform provides access and processing of analog signal.This article mainly researches on the design,implementation and debugging of VPX high-speed signal sampling and processing card.Moreover,a DQPSK signal demodulation system based on VPX is developed on the basis of the VPX card.The main work is shown as follows:1.VPX bus standard which contains VITA46,VITA48,VITA65 and series of component specifications has been studied in detail,research progress of VPX bus structure platform is analyzed and key technology of VPX card design are mastered.2.Design requirement of VPX high-speed signal sampling and processing card is analyzed.Selection of core processor,selection of ADC,choice of board interconnect solution and designing scheme of memory group are discussed,and designing scheme of VPX card is presented,the VPX card is divided into VPX high-speed signal processing card and FMC high-speed signal sampling card through FMC connector,which are designed respectively.3.VPX high-speed signal processing card is designed and implemented.Hardware circuit design of VPX high-speed signal processing card is stated from data channel,memory module circuit,power supply,clock and IPMC module circuit.Aiming at high-speed digital circuit PCB design of the card,main principles which should be obeyed are analyzed.PCIe interface logic,memory control interface logic and IPMC software are implemented.Aiming at loading of FPGA on the card,a secure and flexible FPGA dynamic configuration method is presented.Finally,the software and hardware of VPX high-speed signal processing card are debugged.4.FMC high-speed signal sampling card is designed and implemented.Hardware circuit design of FMC high-speed signal sampling card is stated from analog conditioning circuit,power supply system and clock network.Aiming at digital-analog mixed circuit PCB design of the card,main principles which should be obeyed are analyzed.Aiming at ADC high-speed data stream processing,interface logic of FPGA and ADC are implemented.Finally,the software and hardware of FMC high-speed signal sampling card are debugged and ADC performance measurement is conducted.The test result indicates that ENOB of 14-bit ADC exceeds 11 bits,which reaches the design performance requirement of the card.5.DQPSK signal demodulation system based on VPX high-speed signal sampling and processing card is developed.The system demodulates DQPSK signal of 70 MHz carrier frequency and 1 MBd symbol rate.Finally,DQPSK signal demodulation system is debugged and the test result shows that it realizes demodulation of DQPSK signal.
