Design And Implementation Of The Aircraft Maintenance Configuration Management System

Configuration management(CM)is a quality management tool widely used in enterprises and institutions,especially for the design,production and maintenance of weapons and equipment that are complex and cross-disciplinary.Each company can effectively realize the design,production,and maintenance to support equipment's performance and functionality,by the scientific CM method efficiently,rapidly and high-quality,which forms a complete and detailed technical data during the life cycle.With the rapid development of national aviation equipment and technology,the performance requirements and structural complexity of the fighter aircraft have also increased rapidly.Whereas the variety types and batches of aircraft in the author's company,the information management of maintenance technology has become the development direction which improve the management level and management efficiency,then the quality level and safety performance of aircraft maintenance can be ensured.In this paper,the core functions and key technologies of aircraft maintenance configuration management system are researched.The model of aircraft maintenance configuration management system is proposed by the object-oriented analysis technology.The text analyzes the business and function requirements of the aircraft maintenance technology status management system in details,and finally decides to use B/S as the development model and J2 EE as the development platform.The aircraft maintenance configuration management system has included system maintenance management,basic information maintenance management,repair form management and configuration archiving management.It mainly realizes the online entry,editing,preservation,and uploading of the maintenance configuration data,which is used by the configuration manager of each department.In order to avoid the tampering maintenance data illegally,the uploaded form can only be revamped by the configuration manager in the technology center,who is responsible for the final archiving and maintenance of the data.According to the function requirements,the database corresponding to each management module is designed in detail,the functional realization of the aircraft maintenance configuration management system is verified through an example,then the test results are described.Through the design and development of the system,the functional requirements of the system are essentially realized.It has the great significance to the maintenance configuration management,market competition,quality assurance and customer satisfaction for all types of aircraft.
