| With the rapid development of aerial technology, aircraft security and reliability are ever-increasing. However, insecure events related to aircraft maintainence by people are on the rise. In order to enhance the investigation and management of maintainence errors so that relative solutions and precaution could be taken to tackle the event, we are in urgent need of a system with strong praticability and overall functions to manage the process of aircraft maintainence. This new system should include a program that investigates errors, content analysis and errors management etc., so as to regulate the procedure of processing erroneous information and deal with the statistics collectively. With the establishment of the information platform of aircraft maintainence management, the need of maintainence security development will be satisfied, the maintainence management level will be improved and the procedure will be standardized.This paper studies a case of aircraft maintainence error in our country, demonstrating error characteristics, reasons, incentives, control and management. Also, within the paper there is a design of aircraft maintainence system of management, containing such parts as information inquiry, erroneous events management, error incentives, precaution and correction measures and statistics analysis. I adopt SQL to exploit database and VB to develop various functional modules of the system so as to establish a sophisticated system of aircraft maintainence management.In this paper, the system prototype has been tested. Result shows that the system functions have reached the expected goal. This system can reduce manual recording, management work and error rate, thus enhancing the efficiency and precision of maintainence management, realizing sophisticated management of human errors and supporting the policy decision of aircraft security department. Therefore, the application of this system has a positive and significant effect on the aircraft security management. |
