In recent years, the flight training task of CAFUC XinJin branch rise dramatically. Thus XinJin branch arranged part of aircraft to flight training and maintenance in SuiNing airport. In order to implement reliability management and maintenance production management of SuiNing airport, it will need to communicate with maintenance information between SuiNing airport and XinJin airport, make the maintenance base can grasps SuiNing airport flight dynamics, maintenance and fault dynamic.So XinJin branch need an information platform to develop the maintenance management activities in two airports. But originally developed reliability management system, including time limit control management system, the fault statistics system and production planning management system, due to developed by different department, earlier period, intersected, data cannot be interconnected sharing. They can not use in different situations, so now the aircraft maintenance reliability management information connected through telephone.It exist the error of information transmission error, omission, lag, inefficient defects, etc.This Paper uses the method of needs analysis to conduct a detailed analysis of different airport flight training and maintenance reliability management of CAFUC XinJin branch. Using powerful Visual Studio 2005 front interface for development tool, select SQL Server 2000 backend database, for using C/S structure model, study in develop aircraft maintenance information share management system for different airport training. According to the manage characteristics of our branch, develop'different airport flight training and maintenance reliability management system'software. Using the flight institute LAN (including XinJin and SuiNing airport), connect the maintenance information between two airport,realizing maintenance reliability management for aircraft maintenance of XinJin and SuiNing airport.The whole design is based on the requirement analysis, then, whole system design, system design, as well as the installation and testing is complete. In practice, the actual application shows that the management information system has a good human-machine interface, and has good data storage, data inquiry and statistical form functions. The basic function of this unit meets the needs of different airport flight training and maintenance reliability management. It Make management work more automation, procedures, and standardization, improve work efficiency, improved the aviation maintenance reliability management level, ensure the quality of maintenance. This paper mainly introduces the development background of the subject, to complete the functions and development process. The essay described the point of the system design and the design ideas.Although, of course, this system has basically can meets the needs of different airport flight training and maintenance reliability management, but this system also exists many deficiencies. In the future study and work should continue to learn information management system for reliability for further development.
