How radio frequency identification technology (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology used in aircraft maintenance tools for good management of civil aviation security is a major issue, this paper describes the use of radio frequency identification technology for aircraft maintenance tools for efficient and fast management to promote small and medium sized aircraft maintenance organizations, to enhance the level of management tools, effectively ensuring the safe operation of aircraft.This paper studies the management of aircraft maintenance tools for the background, significance, and RFID technology a detailed discussion of proposed RFID-based tools for aircraft maintenance management system design, which combines existing tools management system, strengthening the common, easily lost tools management, aircraft maintenance tools to manage through the process of: borrowing tools management, return management tools, tools, storage management, query and statistics, personnel information management, to achieve the automation of aircraft maintenance tools, intelligent management. Business and systems analysis, process design, database design and implementation and so on.System is designed to use object-oriented C# language, Visual Studio.NET 2005 development environment, complete the C/S mode, the corresponding function module design, and using SQL Server2005 database for data management, design of aircraft based on RFID maintenance tool management system.
