Design And Implementation Of An Aircraft Component Maintenance Management System

In the field of aircraft component maintenance, how to improve the management level of enterprises and enterprise management innovation is the major problem of every airline to deal with. On the other hand, for airlines, civil aviation maintenance is the premise and foundation to guarantee the airline business, it is the first step of airline operations. To strengthen civil aircraft maintenance management and technical ability can greatly improve the civil aircraft using efficiency, reducing the maintenance cost of the civil aircraft. Aircraft component maintenance is an important part of the whole aircraft maintenance, therefore, aircraft component maintenance information management has a positive and far-reaching significance for airlines.According to the characteristics of aircraft accessories maintenance, the situation and the lack of civil aviation maintenance at home and abroad, starting from the enterprise system of distribution and business process, the status and development bottlenecks encountered of aircraft accessories maintenance industry——China Eastern Airlines Engineering Company’s accessories maintenance department and the survey of current business are researched, their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out in order to choose a suitable system implementation plan to make the computer management system with the maintenance of aircraft accessory. Secondly, to use UML modeling language analyses and blocks the system for the needs of enterprise, specially to use UML case model and sequence diagram, the rounded system is blocked to production management module and its sub module, technical management module and its sub module and system management module and its sub module. Thirdly, according to the role of accessories maintenance department in the maintenance team as well as its internal department structure,VB language is used as the development tool and database SQL Server is used as the database management system,the management system of computer accessories maintenance department is built, to describ the realization and implementation process of the system, and the design of database is discussed and designed. Finally, the process of the whole system module is described, and the information security is briefly tested, to discuss the enterprise benefit brought by the on-line system.The concept and characteristics of ASP.NET technology are introduced, the programming language is based on VB.NET development, to establish management system of computer aircraft parts, to achieve through the ADO access to the database. In the support of the database system is established step by step, including the development of various functions of maintenance and three running modules of aircraft component maintenance. Each module is designed and integrated in the platform to realize the control of locomotive maintenance cycle costs, to shorten the maintenance cycle, to improve material utilization rate, to reduce the cost of maintenance, to improve maintenance skill, to reduce error rate in a thousand times of plane.
