The rapid development of information technology are profoundly changing the social mode of production and enterprise management mode, with the deepening of China's economic construction and the market competition intensify, the aviation maintenance industry is strongly growing demand for information technology, which made the management information system (MIS) widely used in various types of aviation maintenance business. The article established in the management information system on applies to small and medium aviation maintenance plant, which purpose is to achieve plant production of aircraft maintenance and technology management of auxiliary equipment of production information, maintenance and production data resource sharing, but also can regulate the production processes and provide managers decision support.Firstly, the thesis make a detailed analysis of the actual business situation, organization management model and system detail requirements of the aircraft maintenance plant, and pointed out its deficiencies in production and management; Secondly, analysis and modeling the established system by using of object-oriented (O-O) thinking and Unified Modeling Language (UML), emphasis on Use-Case Model, Static Model and Dynamic Model; Finally, design and implementation of MIS by established various system models, integrated use of management information system theories, used Oracle as database by development tool of PowerBuilder language, and discussed its further development and application.The research results provide effective software support on information management of Aircraft maintenance plant, and also can be help of improving the level of management and information of the plant, controlling and regulating the production of its major business processes, improving product quality and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
