With the rapid development of the aerospace industry in recent years,the demand for aviation aircraft has soared.The low processing efficiency and frequent failures of the original shot blasting equipment have seriously restricted the manufacturing speed of the aircraft.Therefore,it is necessary to overhaul and upgrade the original disc shot blasting equipment.Shot blasting is a widely used method of cold machining on the surface of materials.The residual pressure stress caused by shot blasting can obviously improve the fatigue and corrosion resistance of materials,as well as the service life and corrosion resistance.On the basis of extensive investigation and reference to relevant advanced technical literatures,this paper develops a software control system of disk shot blasting machine based on the application demand and development direction of the disc shot blasting machine,which integrates the computer network monitoring technology,PLC control technology,database technology and industrial Ethernet communication technology.The system adopts sub-control KINGSCADA configuration software as the development platform.KINGSCADA has integrated management,modular development,visual operation,intelligent diagnosis and good openness,supporting ACTIVEX control,OPC,DDE and API.For the logic control part,we use mitsubishi PLC Q03 UDE as control core,CCLINK IE communication module,high speed counting module,motion control module,analog input module,analog output module and digital quantity input/output modules constitute a complete real-time control system,frequency converter using the latest CCLINK IE field bus communication control technology,reduces the field wiring work,added more real-time field data collection,system topology structure more concise and clear.The experimental results and production practice show that the software control system based on KINGSCADA developed in this paper can meet the technical requirements of the use department in aspects of parts strengthening quality,efficiency,operation,processing speed and management level.The system technology is more advanced,the work is stable and reliable,can be further promoted and applied.
