21th century is the information economy era. Networks is becoming the hot way for communication. Industrial Ethernet networks become the best solution of industrial control field accepted in 21th century because of its special merit. At present, industrial control system based on Ethernet technology is gradually filling in field bus control system and applying on even' control field.Firstly, the system design of the control system based on Ethernet described in this paper resolves some shortcomings that are possessed by common Ethernet, such as common transmission uncertainty, power supply problem of field equipment, maneuverability of traditional Ethernet equipment, essence security and long-distance transmission problem. We use full double-duplex exchange Ethernet technology for solving time and certainty problem, using exchange hub for broadening network bandwidth. Using leisure line of connection cable supply work power of field equipment to realize power supply for field bus. Using lower-consume technology and essence anti-explode technology resolve the security problem of field equipment. Secondly, there are three ways of Ethernet applying in industrial control field: 1.Combining Ethernet with other field control network. 2. Special industrial control network. 3. Supervision platform based on currency Ethernet. According to production need of certain plant, this paper introduces a networks structure of combining Ethernet with other field control networks. Thirdly, particular expatiate integration technology of industrial Ethernet networks and information networks, include DDE,Winsock,ODBC and so on. This technology was successfully applied on production practice, satisfying the need of production of plant.
