Autocollimator is irreplaceable on angle measurement.It has advantages in multidimensional.With increasing of algorithms and development of hardware integration technologies,photoelectric self-collimators have become smaller and faster.Photoelectric self-collimators have higher requirements for image sensor driving and signal transmission.In order to improve the self-adaptation of integration time in CCD photoelectron autocollimator measurement system,the system needs to adaptively adjust the integration time according to the intensity of target light.Designing an algorithm that can automatically change the integration time according to the intensity of target light.The algorithm can transmit the CCD image to the host computer through RS422 ports,so that the operator can monitor the CCD signal.This thesis also realizes the image transmission simulation experiment through the USB interface to the upper computer.The specific work done by this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:1.When selecting CCD sensors,a comparison analysis experiment was made between the foreign linear array TCD1501 D and the domestic linear array GL7160 Z.The peripheral driving of TCD1501 D and GL7160 Z was realized.The problems of the GL7160 Z linear array CCD were analyzed.TCD1501 D linear array CCD is finally selected to be used as the experiment image sensor.2.According to the characteristics of TCD1501 D driving pulse,having studied the existing integration time adjustment algorithm using TCD1501 D line array image sensor,a new adaptive integration time adjustment algorithm was added to automatically adjust the light integration time with the change of the target,in order to meet the required average gray value of the image.Photoelectric self-collimation measurement system has significantly improved the accuracy of the angle measurement.The range of angle measurement is 9'',which is smaller than the range 21'' and 17'' of the fixed light integration time 5ms and 70 ms,and the standard deviation is about 1.95'',which is less than the standard deviation 4.91''and 3.75''of the fixed light integration time 5ms and 70 ms.And with the algorithm measurement angle range is increased,reaching 2 46'14''.3.The RS422 serial ports control signal is designed to sent the CCD image data from the measurement system to the FPGA internal FIFO buffer area.The CCD image data is then transmitted to the host computer for image display drived by the driving pulse.The CCD image sensor image can be obtained at the display interface.4.USB transmission control circuit is designed in the QUARTUS II software,configuring the USB transmission signal.CCD image is transmitted to the host computer through the USB interface,and the circuit is verified by a simulation experiment.
