Personnel management reform is an important part of the administrative system reform of china. As an important means of personnel management, personnel archives management reform must be developed simultaneously with other reformation which can emerge from its current predicament. Personnel archives management reform should be adjusted from the ideal, system, structure, management and other aspects which can adapt to the new human resources management request.
