Nowadays,although the personnel management system has been widely applied and developed in many enterprises,most of the personnel management systems still have the problem of single system function and relatively imperfect system.Most of the personnel management systems in the market can only implement some simple things management functions,as well as basic personnel management functions.The specific operations are only simple processing of personnel information data,such as adding,deleting,editing and querying.Therefore,the existing personnel management system in the market is largely unable to meet the actual business needs of most enterprises.Based on the above background,this paper designs and implements the personnel management system of enterprise units based on professional study and work practice,aiming at providing a digital and information-based solution for the personnel management of enterprise units.This paper through the analysis of the actual business of enterprise unit specific requirements,the basic units of the enterprise personnel management system function module design,and select the Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool,C# programming language as the programming language,SQL Server 2008 database as the background,implement the enterprise unit the specific function of the personnel management system development and system test.The system mainly includes personnel recruitment management module,labor information module,attendance management module,performance management module,system management module and training management module.The employee information module is used to query employee personnel files,attendance records,assessment results,salary,work arrangement and other information.The recruitment management module is mainly used to complete the personnel recruitment,recruitment and establishment and management of enterprise talent pool.The training management module is mainly used to provide the training application,training course selection and training records to the employees to realize the training management;Performance management is mainly used to realize the assessment,record and salary of employees.The system management module is mainly used to verify the user's identity information and determine whether the user is an ordinary tourist,an ordinary employee or a manager.This paper designed by enterprise unit personnel management system greatly enhance the efficiency of the enterprise unit personnel management,actively promote the enterprises to establish a human resources management information system,realizes the enterprise unit personnel management of intelligent office,for the modernization of enterprise unit personnel information management provides a digital,information-based solutions,has high practical value and economic value.
