Personnal Management plays an important role in the enterprise resourse planning (ERP), and is the core of the enterprise construction, development and management of basic information. The personnal management function is the most important and basic function of the human resource management system. By combiningg and integrating personnal business management process, Personnal Management System can promote the standardization and systematic of the personnal management, and also increase the efficiency of human resource management. With the rapid development of Beijing JinZhengDa Controlled Release Fertilizer Research Institute and information technology, and the widely use of ERP sysyem in large enterprise, the demand of Beijing JinZhengDa Controlled Release Fertilizer Research Institute’s personnal management increased. The enterprise’s original management mode cannot meet the needs, so the personnal management system of Beijing JinZhengDa controlled release fertilizer institute is urgently needed to establish. This system is developed by modern relational database, network technology and multimedia technology.Beijing JinZhengDa Controlled Release Fertilizer Research Institute Personnal Business Management System adopts B/S system construction and the system is developed by Structs2+Spring+Hibernate technical route. Oracle lOg database is used as the background support Personnal Business Management System database. Tomcat application server is used as the web application system. The system uses layer four switching equipment of F5 as the application request dispatcher, processing web requests, through this way successfully complishes Beijing JinZhengDa Controlled Release Fertilizer Research Institute Personnal Business Management System.This sysyem contains two main modules:personal information management module and personal resourse management module. The personnal information management module includes staff recruitment, termination, transfer, positive, await job assignment, retirement and other management functions. The personnal resource management module includes levels of employee salary adjustment, labor type transformation, leave salary reissue, retirement salary reissue and other functions.This system provides Beijing Jin Zhengda controlled release fertilizer institute a complete set of personnal business management platform. Informational system uses standardization of storage and management information to replace a lot of paper, single, scattered personnal file information. Employee is the core being around to establish a connection between data, so we can comprehensively and entirely manage employee’s intuitive feature, attributes and relationships, and do information browsing, query, statistics and analysis.In addition, the system should be extensible. With the development of enterprises to speed up, the change management process, the system can accommodate this change.
