| With the rapid development of market economy in China, between urban and rural areas and personnel flow more and more frequently, the personnel file management mode of the existing challenges, the traditional personnel management system must be innovated. The popularization and application of Internet and information technology, so that all levels of personnel archives management no longer exists in a single paper form, electronic files of various forms of integrated personnel carrier. In the flow of personnel archives and the development, how to make full use of the information infrastructure of existing local, how to make full use of original archives resources, how to realize the informatization of archives management are the problems which need further study. This paper studies the current situation of archives information flow of personnel in Fuzhou City, in order to improve the file management staff development flow of personnel archives information resources consciousness. Hope that through the establishment of a scientific archives information resources "supply and demand" mechanism, so that the archives information resource flow of personnel to be used widely and effectively, make the flow of personnel archives management organization function strengthens day by day, the movement of personnel archives and continuously improve the utilization consciousnessBased on the background of large data information age, using the research methods of normative research and investigation and study a combination of various factors, the file management information flow analysis in Fuzhou City, at the same time, by drawing on relevant experience in personnel files management information flow at home and abroad, combined with my own flow of personnel archives management practice, the file management information flow workers in Fuzhou City, countermeasures and suggestions.
