Research Of R&D Quality Control Based On Project Lifecycle Of A01 Smart Phone

With the rapid development of smart phones in recent years,the competition of mobile phone products in the global market has entered the superheating.In particular,domestic mobile phone in recent years,the emergence of foreign established mobile phone manufacturers to challenge the market position.How to maintain high user satisfaction during the rapid development of mobile phone technology is a problem that should be seriously considered by practitioners in mobile phone quality management.With the development of mobile phone technology and more and more functions,the quality of mobile phone products also faces great challenges.How to improve the quality of mobile phone products has become a new problem in the mobile phone industry.The quality management based on the life cycle of mobile phone project is derived from the total quality management system.However,with the gradual shortening of the r&d cycle of mobile phone products,total quality control needs to enter into the detailed research.Based on the current situation of product project management of Z company,this paper puts forward the quality control of r&d details,and controls the core of quality control in the details of r&d process.The research focuses on the product's conceptual stage,detailed design stage and quality control details in the trial production stage,highlighting the importance of quality control in the trial production stage.In the life cycle of the product,each stage has its own objectives.As the longest period in the development process,the author decomposes the quality objectives of the trial production stage according to the different modules.Through the hierarchical decomposition of quality objectives,the whole development work can achieve the improvement and guarantee of product quality.In the product concept stage,the author regards communication as an equally important tool with historical experience screening to open the quality control of the concept stage.Although the communication is not described in detail,the communication requirements in its quality control methods are full of.In the detailed design stage,the author takes new risk points in the detailed process and the implementation of program improvement measures as the key quality control measures in this stage,and organizes stakeholders to conduct correlation assessment of all risks.In the trial production stage,the author also considers the quality control of mobile phones as the core stage.Through the continuous refinement of assembly process,trial production process and testing,the phased quality control measures oriented to the ultimate goal are determined.The author practiced the research theory on the A01 project of Z company,and confirmed that the research is an effective method in the field of mobile phone quality control by using the customer return rate data of 15 months after the launch as the index to measure the standard of the research theory.
