At the present stage,smart phone software is quietly entering People's Daily life and work,and has changed people's traditional consumption concept,life habit and work style.Moreover,smart phone software project has become an indispensable tool in people's life,study and work.However,although China's demographic dividend has promoted the rapid development of smartphone software projects,more and more quality management problems have become a stumbling block for the progress of science and technology enterprises,as well as the common focus of users and developers.The same is true of S company.Although the enterprise actively puts forward various quality management plans,there are still many problems in its quality management.It is precisely because of the extremely low customer participation that the smartphone software project is inconsistent with the customer demand.In addition,S company attaches great importance to marketing,progress and quality,which makes the quality problems of smartphone software projects high.At the same time,due to the low professional level of the project personnel of S company,the quality management of mobile software project was not paid enough attention to,and the quality problem was not regarded as the common goal of the cooperation among all departments of the company.As a result,the departments were separated and the quality problem information transmission was slow.To sum up,the research on the quality management and optimization scheme of smartphone software projects has become the primary task for S enterprises in their steady development.Therefore,this thesis proposes a set of innovative optimization plan,which is based on the research of "status quo of smartphone software project quality management of S company".Through analyzing the problems and reasons of the case,this thesis proposes a feasible implementation plan for quality management optimization.According to the above ideas,this thesis firstly conducts qualitative analysis.On the basis of traditional technical research,project participants and organizational coordination factors,customer and demand factors are added,making the qualitative analysis results of the project more comprehensive and accurate,and also providing direction for quantitative analysis.Then,this thesis carries out quantitative analysis,uses hierarchical analysis method to calculate the value and weight of all indexes of qualitative analysis,sorts them according to the degree of influence on quality management,and proposes optimized quality management plan on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis.After that,this thesis conducts a study on the innovation optimization plan,which integrates the CMM model,quality management and software project development stage,and changes the original plan of the enterprise into the quality plan,quality assurance,quality control,and quality improvement and response plan.Finally,we know from the implementation results of the innovative quality management optimization program that this program can achieve the expected goal of quality management research,and also comprehensively improve the enterprise's technology,management level and promotion ability,which greatly reduces the cost input of the enterprise in the aspect of quality problem treatment and promotes the steady development of the enterprise.
