With the continuous development of IT construction,the enterprise office gradually realizes informationization.In the IT maintenance departments of various enterprises,the operation and maintenance work days of computer software and hardware systems have become gradual,and the response speed of maintenance work is also widely accepted by various business departments.attention.The perfect office operation and maintenance support management system can integrate various resources such as manpower,equipment and information,and effectively configure resources,realize standardized operation and maintenance management,and organize the network in an all-round way,thus greatly strengthening the support of the market and business.[1].After more than ten years of office network coverage and information system construction,Huizhou Mobile has fully developed and deepened its system applications in business,finance,logistics,production,office and other production management activities.Information system applications have become a must in office production.An indispensable tool.However,with the improvement of the level of office management information system construction,the number of office systems has increased significantly,and the number of corresponding hardware devices has also increased.This kind of system application corresponds to a set of hardware resources IT hardware resource allocation mode,is facing a series of problems such as low resource utilization,high construction and operation cost,data backup and disaster recovery,and poor hardware compatibility.Make IT operation and maintenance management work in an overwhelming situation.In recent years,the use of virtualization technology to establish a private cloud platform on server clusters and shared storage systems,to meet the needs of different business system applications under the same IT physical infrastructure,greatly improve the utilization of hardware resources,enhance the business system Stability,reducing operating and maintenance costs.However,the construction of a private cloud platform has changed the structure of the company's IT construction,and the corresponding operation and maintenance process has also changed.At the same time,the incremental application of the system has added many operation and maintenance requirements,resulting in the old office operation and maintenance support system.Adapt to the current IT operation and maintenance needs,therefore,it is necessary to re-develop and build a more mature and perfect office operation and maintenance system,improve the loudness of maintenance work,and improve the work level of the operation and maintenance department..ITIL,the information technology infrastructure library,was in the late 1980s,after the British government faced various information management problems,in order to improve the management efficiency of information equipment and systems,the designated central government telecommunications bureau,research Developed a set of IT service management standard library[2-5].It is currently the most widely used standard and specification in the field of international IT service management[2],which provides enterprises with real,objective,strict and rigorous IT service management standards and norms.The most important thing is that it supports the optimization and improvement of enterprise IT service management without affecting the original business operation process of the enterprise.This paper attempts to use ITIL management theory as the guiding principle,combine the company's actual office management process system,analyze and research the IT operation and maintenance optimization and improvement program,and build a high-performance office operation and maintenance system.This paper provides an overview of the design and construction of Huizhou Mobile's private cloud platform and the design and implementation of an office operation and maintenance support system based on the cloud platform.The main tasks involved include:?1?Analyze the development status of office operation and maintenance support systems and cloud computing and related technologies based on cloud computing.?2?In combination with the current situation and needs of Huizhou Mobile's IT operation and maintenance,the cloud virtualization technology is used to design the private cloud platform,and the IT operation and support system under the private cloud framework is designed based on the principle of ITLI.?3?Complete the development and testing of the construction and office operation and maintenance support system based on the vSphere private cloud platform.
