With the deployment of IT equipments, an efficient IT operation and management system for enterprises turns to be of growing importance. There are huge number of IT infrastructures in Shengda Games Corporation and the current operation and maintenance system has many inadequacies in handling such huge numbers of equipments. For instance, the system is too complex and difficult to adapt to the changing needs, which leads to low work efficiency and low resource utilization rate of servers and other resources. Therefore, how to manage IT resources with a more concise and efficient way and meanwhile ensure the stability of the IT operation and management system is of great importance to be solved, which is also the main issue in this paper.This paper first reviewed some cases related to private cloud integration of IT operation and maintenance management system, then analyzed the current development situation for private cloud integration in the IT operation and maintenance management system of enterprises, and finally provided a design and implementation of Unioperation Platform (UOP). The UOP system succeeds in separating the presentation layer and the layers below and exhibits a good scalability which could handle more complex situations. The implementation of the system is based on J2EE, and employed MVC design pattern, Spring and Hibernate. The system is now running officially.The main parts of the thesis are as follows:(1) Introduce the project background of UOP system, and the current situation of IT operative and maintenance management system.(2) Introduce techniques applied in the system development.(3) Conduct requirement analysis for UOP system, which contains five function modules:the cloud host module, the DB module, the backup module, the distribution module, and the monitoring module. Each function and module is detailed in this paper. To ensure reusability, maintainability and scalability, the system is divided hierarchically into four layers:platform layer, service layer, the virtualization layer and resource layer.(4) Describe functional and nonfunctional requirements of UOP system based on system analysis and design, mainly focus on the backup module, cloud host module and the distribution module. Some difficulties in the implementation are also elaborated in the thesis.
