Nowadays,the standard of people’s life is getting faster and their levels are gettinghigher, the update of products is becoming more and more quickly, so the problem of therecovery and reuse of disposed products should be taken into consideration, especially thedealing with processing of large amounts of electronic waste every year. However,disassembly is the premise of recycling,the research of disassembling products can largelysave the cost of recycling and improve efficiency of disassembling. The disassemblysequence planning is an important research for the designing of disassembling. In thispaper, combining the latest achievements of researchers at home and abroad, thedisassembly sequence planning was in-depth analyzed, including the disassemblymodeling, disassembly sequence generation, evaluation and optimization algorithmanalysis. Consequently, the optimal disassembly sequence was attained. The followings arethe main contents:First of all, according to the disassembly information of the components extractedfrom CAD model,building the corresponding disassembly model with the disassemblyinformation. By analyzing the preference constraint relationships among components in theproducts, combining the graph theory knowledge, disassembly hybrid model was raisedand established.Secondly,the paper is written for disassembly of the target parts in products, Andanalysis to obtain the critical path of the product parts disassembly sequence, study therelationship of connection between parts in the product, obtain the result of preferenceconstraint relations between the parts, then find out the product disassembly hybridgraph model, combining the removable conditions of parts, the initial feasible sequencesof single objective removable parts is obtained by geometric reasoning method.Finally, this paper introduces the Floyd algorithm basic idea, then in view ofdisassembly sequence planning theory knowledge, combine Floyd algorithm withdisassembly diagram for joint, use the disassembly time and disassembly cost value asthe weighting algorithm optimization, finally find the reasonable optimal disassemblysequence. At the end of the paper, with the software tool Visual Basic6.0and MATLAB (7.1), product disassembly process planning analysis system is developed. The systemcombining mathematical calculation function of MATLAB with visual interface ofVisual Basic6.0, can work out the most economic and time saving optimizationdisassembly sequence of disposed products, and use the drum washing machine as anexample to verify system, the results show that the system is practical and effective.
