The problem caused by the request of sustainable development and the impact of environmental pollution has been more and more important and it has brought forward higher demand to today's manufacturing industry. As the key part and most important research field of green design and manufacturing, Design for Disassembly and Recycle (DFD&R) is the difficult and considerable section of product life circle research.Based on the inland and outland researches on this field, this dissertation studies on the basic theories and technical methods of integrated system development for product design for disassembly and recycle, and put emphasis on the structure of integrated system, applied model's building and formulation , and the development of enable tools. The paper presents an integrated policy support and assessing analysis system which includes product modeling and relative information management, support of disassembly sequencing and planning, as well as the assessment of economic character and environmental impact of product recycling. The main research work is as following:1. Based on the technologies and function of existing CAD/CAM systems, presents a product integrated development system of DFD&R (includes function model, information model and process model), and plan the system structure and product CAD process for software system, which can make the base for green product integrated development and product life circle management.Based on relative research, consider about the characteristic of DFD&R, we set up the supporting model for product disassembly and recycle, and propose a multi-tier composite directed graph disassembly and recycle analysis model based on graph theory, to describe the constraint and assembly 2. relationship of product topologic structure. We also research the disassembly sequencing and planning as the support of DFD&R solution.3. Present an analysis and assessment model for the economic characters of product disassembly and recycle on part/assembly parts/product three levels.4. Discuss the basic concept and main research characteristic of product evaluation of environmental impact, the paper presents a AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology for the environmental impact assessment of product disassembly and recycle5. Based on the former research for product DFD&R system, we development an integrated software system. The software supports the product disassembly sequencing and planning, as well as the economic analysis and environmental assessment for product recycling. Finally, we adopt split-type heat pump air conditioner's outdoor unit as a case study to illustrate the application of the system.
