Enterprise Information Technology Research And Application Of The Evaluation Index System

The 17^th National Congress of CPC has defined the economic development strategy as "informatization drives industrialization, industrialization promote informatization" . Enterprise informatization has become a key driving fore to increase the competitive ability of it in the future. Enterprises in our country have made great achievements in the field of informatization construction and its function of support and drive has become more and more significant and obvious. Meanwhile, it has become a public concern of how to objectively evaluate the benefits of enterprise informatization. To build up evaluation theory of the benefits of enterprise informatization construction, analyze and design the basic guidelines and evaluation methodology of enterprise informatization construction has become a problem which is eager to be solved.Therefore, with the guide of the teacher I spent 2 years of theory study and case analyze to finish this paper - "Research and Application of Enterprise Informatization Evaluation Specification System" . The research mainly includes the following three aspects: 1. Analyze of basic specification system and evaluation methodology of enterprise informatization; 2. build "enterprise informatization evaluation specification system" combining the research subject assigned by national industrial administrative department; 3. case analyze of the evaluation of Tsingtao Beer informatization construction. This paper combined the use of several kinds of knowledge, theories and methodologies such as basic construction economic theory and modern management science; it combined quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis; with the background of detailed enterprise informatization construction, discuss the entire process of enterprise informatization construction, make the theory, adaptability and maneuverability a whole body.Focusing on the disadvantage of domestic theory oriented research, this paper adapt view and methodology of system analysis to simples the complicated enterprise informatization evaluation into basic man evaluation and make the methodology more reliable and adaptable. This paper has a clear research object and combine international modern enterprise informatization evaluation specification system with the practice of domestic enterprise informatization which can provide theory evidence to improve the benefits and level of enterprise informatization construction and also the specification system.
