Research On Quality Evaluation Of Paper Books In University Library Based On Combination Weighting Method

As the material foundation of education construction services,the quality of paper books in university libraries not only affects the level of library literature construction,but also directly affects the quality of college education services and the level of scientific research development benefits.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of network technology,electronic resources such as e-books and databases account for an increasing proportion in the library collection system.For traditional paper books,people's attention and utilization rate are getting lower and lower.As a result,the quality of paper books in university libraries in China is generally reduced.Therefore,how to periodically and scientifically and rationally evaluate the quality of paper books in university libraries to achieve the purpose of improving the current situation of library paper books quality is the focus of this paper.The primary task of this paper is to build a systematic and quantifiable evaluation index system based on the necessity and principles of constructing indicators,reading a large number of scholars' relevant literature,combining the author's own understanding and expert opinions.The system includes the first-level indicators of five modules,including collection guarantee,collection utilization,collection value,collection cost and reader satisfaction.According to the influencing factors in each dimension,a total of 15 second-level indicators are designed.Secondly,in order to take into account the preference of decision makers for attributes,and at the same time strive to reduce the subjective arbitrariness of attribute empowerment,so as to achieve the unity of subjective and objective attributes,the author uses the advantages of the subjective and objective empowerment methods to establish Evaluation model of combination weighting method.And through the paper books in the library of Inner Mongolia University as an example,the paper books are divided into 22 categories according to the Chinese library method,and relevant data involved in the experiment are collected.The subjective weight,objective weight and combination weight are calculated by using the python language respectively,so that the comprehensive score of all kinds of books is obtained.Finally,comparing and analyzing the index weights calculated by the three methods and the comprehensive scores of all kinds of books,it is found that the combination weight method is between subjective and objective weight in index weight,and the book score can reflect both subjective and objective information,which indicates that the combination weight method tends to be more reasonable and accurate in the quality evaluation of paper books,and this evaluation result provides reference suggestions and countermeasures for the improvement of the quality of paper books in university libraries in the later period.
