Research On Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Informatization Based On Improved Extension Evaluation Method

With the rapid development of information technology,informatization has become one of the most important ways for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.How to evaluate the performance of informatization comprehensively,objectively and impartially has always been an important topic for academic and industry research.Scholars have studied enterprise informatization performance evaluation for many years,but there are still some shortcomings.For example,the existing evaluation models are based on conceptual models and lack of effective formal evaluation models.Among them,the evaluation model based on extension theory has a higher formalization level,but it is still not perfect in the operability and quantification of evaluation.Moreover,the extension evaluation method is only applicable to the evaluation of a single sample enterprise.Besides,there are many different weighting methods in evaluation methods,which lead to great differences in evaluation results.There is no unified conclusion about which method is more reasonable and credible.Under the above background,this paper improves the existing evaluation methods based on extension theory.Firstly,the extension evaluation model is redefined,and the original weighting method is improved so that multiple sets of sample data can get a unified weighting result.Through the study of extension theory,two different paths of calculating the relevance degree are used to establish equation solving,and the numerical value is obtained,which improves the continuity of the extension evaluation method.With the quantitative degree,it also achieves the horizontal comparison of different sample enterprises,successfully expanding the extension evaluation method from single-object evaluation to multi-object evaluation in diversified enterprises.The improved extension evaluation algorithm is realized by writing programs in python language.At the level of weighting methods,this paper combs the existing subjective weighting methods,objective weighting methods and combinational weighting methods.This paper gives a detailed introduction,induction and comparison of the principles,advantages and disadvantages,and scope of application of various weighting methods from the theoretical level.According to the mechanism,the weighting methods suitable for extension evaluation framework are selected.Finally,this paper uses case validation.Through two case studies,this paper verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the improved extension evaluation method,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various weighting methods under the extension evaluation model.
