Research On Evaluation Method And Application Of Safety Culture For Electronic Communication Manufacturing Enterprises

With the continuous popularization of electronic products,China's electronic communication manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly.The electronic communications manufacturing enterprises has become a sunrise industry in China,and the scale of production of electronic communications manufacturing enterprises is also expanding.How to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of electronic communication manufacturing enterprises is a research topic.After the author's postgraduate study.I find that the level of safety culture of enterprises is an important part of the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.Electronic communications manufacturing enterprises are the same.Constructing a safety culture evaluation system with the characteristics of electronic communication manufacturing enterprises.It can effectively identify the weak links of enterprise safety culture.Improving the safety culture level of enterprises.Promote the safety production of electronic communication manufacturing enterprise.This paper is aimed at the characteristics of the electronic communications manufacturing enterprise.The main points are studied as follows:(1)Summing up relevant literature,summarizing the relevant contents of safety culture in different industries and industries.writing literature review;(2)Applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),according to the characteristics of the electronic communication manufacturing enterprise,Selecting 4 first level indicators and 24 two level indicators,a safety culture evaluation system is established and weights are obtained;(3)Determining factor sets and comment sets for electronic communication manufacturing enterprises.Establishment of fuzzy evaluation method for enterprise safety culture in electronic communication manufacturing enterprises;(4)Applying the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the status of the safety culture of an electronic communication manufacturing enterprise,draw conclusions and propose improvement measures;...
