In the new era, with the popularity of the Internet and mobile devices, mobile reading has received more and more attention from researchers. At the same time,We-media development is unstoppable, and mobile reading through the media has become a part of people's daily lives. As a powerful tool for realizing mobile reading, the use of media in university libraries has gradually become popular. However, the author finds that there are still many problems in the We-media service of university libraries for mobile reading for college students, such as failing to follow the mobile reading needs of college students, inadequate use of media functions and imperfect service system. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth exploration and research on We-media services for college students' mobile reading in university libraries.Based on the existing We-media service practice cases of mobile reading in college libraries, this paper explores the mobile reading needs and behavior characteristics of college students based on We-media,and builds the We-media of university libraries for mobile reading for college students.service system. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Using literature research and case analysis method to summarize the characteristics of We-media service practice for mobile reading in existing university libraries, from service mode, knowledge dissemination,We-media function, organization management, operation effect, etc. The aspects are summarized and analyzed, and the enlightenment is obtained from them.(2)On the basis of practical analysis, the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the mobile reading needs of college students based on We-media,the preference for We-media platform, and the attention paid to the We-media service of university libraries, etc.,and collected through SPSS.The data is statistically analyzed to provide a basis for system construction.(3)Based on the advantages of practical cases, based on the needs of college students' users and behaviors, combined with the characteristics of traditional knowledge dissemination and We-media communication,it is determined to construct college students from three aspects: library organizational structure, mobile reading resource construction and We-media platform integration.We-media service system for mobile reading.Firstly, the construction of library We-media service organization structure is constructed by means of social network theory concept.Secondly, based on the full consideration of college students' mobile reading needs and We-media service characteristics, the mobile reading resource system is constructed from the media environment. The characteristics of We-media platform are compared and analyzed. The We-media platform fusion framework suitable for different service modes is constructed. Finally, the We-media service framework for mobile reading for college students is proposed by means of information space theory, and the We-media service system for mobile reading for college students is completed.(4)Taking the university library in a college as an example, using the combination of network survey and interview, investigate the We-media service situation and existing problems of a college University Library for mobile reading.Based on the We-media service system constructed in this paper,Try to construct the We-media service system of a college University Library for mobile reading from the organizational structure layer, resource construction layer and platform support layer. This paper combines practice and theory. On the basis of practical cases, based on the actual needs of college students, combined with the unique characteristics and advantages of each We-media platform,a service channel network with different characteristics is formed, and finally a different one is applied. The We-media service system of the featured objects provides a reference for future research on We-media and mobile reading.
