The Basic Theoretical Framework Of The National Competitive Intelligence System Architecture Research

On the foundation of the characteristic analyses of Virtual Value Chain in national competition, this thesis discusses the value of information, knowledge and intelligence in national competition, and puts up the necessity of National Competitive Intelligence research. Based on this, the thesis researches specifically the connotation,characters,levels and decision-support model of National Competitive Intelligence, and especially discusses the high related attribution of National Competitive Intelligence, the necessity of National Competitive Intelligence research are put forwards as well from the prospect of system, thus points out the significances of classical thinking and quantum thinking in National Competitive Intelligence System construction separately.Then,taking the CAS theory as a tool, this thesis also analyzes the exit of National Competitive Intelligence system, the micro mechanism of its construction is deduced and meanwhile the exact way to realize. The conclusion is proved via the discussion of Frontier Intelligence System construction, which is one of the sub systems of National Competitive Intelligence system.The conclusions are:(1) the character of Virtual Value Chain of national competition;(2) the connotation of National Competitive Intelligence;(3) the quantity exist of National Competitive Intelligence; (4)get the micro system of National Competitive Intelligence system exit and system integration.The points of innovation are:(1) discusses the value and the way to realize, which belongs to the level of Ontology;(2) analyzes the connotation, character and the way to support decision, which belongs to the level of Epistemology;(3) discusses the way of thinking, exact methods in National Competitive Intelligence system construction, and gets some conclusion that of some interests, which is the exploration in Methodology. The initial exploration in Ontology, Epistemology and Methodology is an organic whole, which altogether forms the research findings of the basic theory framework of National Competitive Intelligence System construction.
