E-Learning Project Requirements And Vendor Management

With the rapid development of Internet and such terminal devices as computers and mobile phones,the enterprise training modes have been changed.On-site training is no longer necessary and the training itinerary is beyond the geographical and time restrictions.With elearning system,a corporation can save travel expenses by altering the original trading mode.The thesis analyzed the development of e-learning system and the issues during its operation.After expounding the recent researches home and abroad,the thesis looked into the deficiency in requirement management and supplier management in applying e-learning projects.Afterwards,related improvement methods were raised.To optimize data collecting,such methods as interviews,workshops,questionnaires,priority judgment and prototyping were applied in requirement gathering,analysis and confirmation.To select and evaluate the suppliers,the methods like surveying,bidding and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were adopted.In addition to this,a supplier relationship management model were used to categorizing suppliers so as to improve the supplier relationship management(SRM).The results of this study can help guarantee the success of e-learning projects in my workplace and it also work as a reference on evaluating other IT Suppliers.
