Quality Management Improvement Research On Financial Software Project Under Agile Development Mode

With the gradual penetration of mobile Internet into every corner of life,people are becoming more and more dependent on mobile Internet.In recent years,the financial industry is also changing rapidly towards the Internet,gradually completing the transformation from traditional industry to Internet industry.In this context,financial software projects,as the carrier of Internet finance,have attracted more and more public attention.Due to the particularity of financial industry involving transactions such as financial management,insurance,lending and payment,users pay more attention to the quality of financial software,and the quality is higher,the higher the user’s trust in the product,the research on the quality management of financial software project becomes particularly important.Starting with the current situation of J financial software project quality management,combined with the characteristics of rapid iteration and continuous integration under its agile development mode,this thesis analyzes the deficiencies in its quality management from the whole life cycle of agile iteration,summarizes the causes of the problems from the aspects of demand generation,interaction design,development efficiency and test quality,analyzes the causes through relevant methods,and finds that the problems focus on the unclear quality objectives In terms of unclear quality measurement standards and lack of re-examination and improvement,this thesis then studies the improvement of J financial software project from the three quality management processes of quality planning,quality control and quality assurance,and further analyzes the results after the implementation of the improved process from several quality evaluation dimensions.Based on the analysis,it comes to the conclusion that we should improve the demand collection method,clarify the post responsibilities,and process all links in agile iteration standardizing quality metrics can improve software quality.Through the process improvement research on the quality management of J financial software project under the agile development mode,this thesis hopes to improve the quality management of J financial software project,so as to promote the quality management of the whole Internet financial software project to a better direction.
