Study On Design Thinking In IT-related Project's Requirement Analysis

With the rapid progress of science and technology,social development,China's information industry is also in a vigorous stage of development.However,in its thriving behind the phenomenon,a large number of IT projects either fail or be questioned.The main reason is IT projects with uncertainty,timeliness and non-professional customer,resulting in project requirements are wrong or not clear.In order to solve this problem and improve the quality of IT project effectively,an effective requirement analysis method is very important.Nowadays,the more commonly used methods of demand analysis have certain advantages and disadvantages,no matter which method must consider the actual application environment in reality,how to combine theory with practice,it is the primary problem that IT projects need to consider.Design thinking was born in the design field,in the past has been widely used in various types of design.Design thinking is a tool for designers;it is people-oriented,considering the possibility of technology,people's user experience and business needs.The delivery of IT projects either a software product or a service,both cannot without design.And design needs to be the starting point for the customer to fully consider,analyze and tap the needs of users.Therefore,this paper will analyze,discuss and study the feasibility of design thinking in IT project requirements analysis.In the demonstration of its effectiveness,meanwhile to optimize the design process to make it more suitable for the characteristics of IT projects.At the same time,according to the theory of design thinking,how to design a suitable environment for design thinking,design ideas in line with some of the methods,and requirement analysis and organically combined.In the end,this paper applies the optimized design thinking to different projects,and analyzes the customer feedback and some key parameters to verify the effectiveness of the method.
