Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Storage And Management System

With the development of informationize,how to secure the safety of secret carrier such as documentations,mobile hard disks,compact discs,laptops has become an important aspect in the domain of security device control application.Issues indentified in traditional model of managing materials with secret carrier,ie.high involvement of human resource,discrete records,slow responding,are the major factors that lower the working efficiency.Therefore,a new Intelligent Storage and Management System of secret carrier(ISMS)has been presented in this article,to reform the management model of traditional security applications.Focusing on actual demand of how to manage secret carrier,based on software engineering theory,this article elaborates the design and implementation of Intelligent Storage and Management System(ISMS).Based on study o f current technology and system developing environment,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)is selected for ISMS as hardware basis.The implementation plan is formulated based on demand and process identified per system requirements,modular developing mode with two subsystems: subsystem of material circulation and subsystem of management platform.Subsystem of material circulation adopts C/S design model,including identity authentication,RFID scanner and electrical lock control module.Subsystem of management platform adopts B/S design model,including material management,cabinets management,record management and system management design.The static model of each module is established by class diagram and the dynamic model of each module is defined by sequence diagram,collaboration diagram and activity diagram.Specifically,a functional module defined for RFID on-line monitoring in system based on reach on this key function and detailed of hardware structure and software implementation is described also.Finally,an overview of system validation test and some screenshot presented for functional interfaces.This article mainly adopted Microsoft.NET as the development technology,and Visual Studio 2010 combined with the technology of ASP.NET,Entity Framework and Ajax are used for system implantation.And adopted MySQL which supports the environment for developing the system is the database management system.The Intelligent Storage and Management System(ISMS)is combination of RFID,biometric,embedded control,serial communication technologies,enable high level systemic management of secret carrier to make the management structure more standardized and intelligent,for enhancing working efficiency to fulfill business demand.
