Data acquisition terminal will play more and more important roles in enterprise informatization. However, most data acquisition systems are usually made up of single-chip with eight bits, bar code auto-recognition and RS422/485communication but some disadvantages such as limited data resources, lower data reliabilities and lower robust to the worse environment at present. The new method to combine RFID, ARM and TCP/IP will solve the above problems. In this paper, an embedded data acquisition terminal based on RFID and ARM will be presented.1. Analyze the deficiency of each data acquisition devices, introduce basic concepts, development history and status of radio frequency identification, embedded system and embedded device network in the system of data acquisition.2. Construct a ARM7 hardware design platform based on LPC2210, introduce the hardware principal circuit and the design of peripheral interface circuit.3. Design RFID reader with high ability of anti-jamming, and combining theory to discuss the key technique of passive inductance coupling system which is rectangular antenna. Enriching and consummating the design scheme and constructing mathematical model.4.Realize the replanting of μC/OS- Ⅱ on the basis of LPC2210, plan and design each application software of the system ,discuss Manchester decoding scheme on the basis of EM4100 RF card and present a concrete solution.Finally, give a summary of this paper and present some advices to further research.
