Since the 21 st century,with the development of economic globalization,the past manual mode has been gradually eliminated,and intelligent technology has become more and more popular.SMT(Surface Mounting Technology)material management system is often used in workshop assembly process.It has the characteristics of rapid operation,simple material management and wide range of use.This thesis mainly uses Java development technology,and object-oriented development method.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.(1)Firstly,the function of workshop material management system is analyzed,and each function module is introduced in detail.The system is mainly developed in combination with B/S mode and implemented on the basis of J2 EE technology.In the process of running the system,the generated data is mainly stored in SQL Server 2012.After each function of the system is realized,it is tested by black-and-white box testing method.(2)Each function module of the system has been decomposed by flow,and the functions of quotation and purchasing have been realized by flow method.The realization of system function module is mainly based on MVC three-tier architecture.These three layers are data processing layer,business logic layer and presentation layer.Through the application of these three layers,each functional module of the system is realized.(3)This thesis analyses the development of workshop material management system.In order to reduce the workload of background server,the system uses load balancing technology,server configuration optimization,data caching and other means to optimize the design.(4)When building the database,the system combines the paradigm theorem to optimize the data tables.These operations make the system more smoothly in use.Through some simple structures,the system can store information and other functions.After the system design and development,it has been deployed and applied in an enterprise.The whole system improves the procurement efficiency of enterprises.According to the statistical data,the efficiency is increased by 20%.In addition,the system can also assist enterprises to make purchasing decisions,and provide help for similar system development in the future.
