The teaching materials order input model is developed by B/S development mode, other function modules use C/S mode. Based on the characteristics of teaching material management system, PHP and Powerbuilder are determined as front-end development tools, SQL Server2000 is chosen as database.In order to provide efficient and convenient query mode, Chinese pinyin initials automatic generation of technology is studied in detail. The realization of this method is to solve existing problems of the traditional fixed coding mod. And general ranking technologies and many conditions query method are used to improve query efficiency.In order to improve the safety performance of the teaching material management system, the dedicated authority management module is designed. Thus, different operators have different permissions to ensure the security of the system operation. The order-entry system development based on B/S mode, focuses on the order form manner and printing technology.Finally, through operational example expounds the system running effect, tests showed the development of teaching material management system interface is simple and intuitive, stable, convenient and safety.
