In recent years,under the background of deepening informatization construction of manufacturing enterprises,the traditional management mode of three-dimensional warehouse of enterprises should be reformed accordingly,and the three-dimensional warehouse management system combined with modern information technology is thus born.As an important part of intelligent management of enterprises,the system can accurately record all kinds of information generated in the storage process of goods,and can also be combined with the downstream execution system to realize the automatic warehousing of goods.Therefore,the design of three-dimensional warehouse management software to meet the needs of modern enterprises,can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise warehouse management,reduce the cost of enterprise production process.This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)in view of the limited plant space in the enterprise,it is proposed to build a middle and low level three-dimensional warehouse.Compared with the traditional warehouse,the middle and low level three-dimensional warehouse still better use of the high-rise space,improve the space utilization.(2)with the optimization goal of shortening the time of inbound and outbound operation and enhancing the stability of shelves,the allocation of goods in inbound and outbound operation was optimized.The experimental results showed that the efficiency of inbound and outbound storage of goods was significantly improved,and the stability of shelves was also greatly improved.(3)analyzed the mid-level three-dimensional warehouse management system requirements,the use of UML modeling tools related to entity structure design,design of control flow,information flow and material flow design,based on the analysis of the function modules of the system should possess,the detailed design of each function of the business process,the system is studied the relationship between the entities involved,the database of the system development.(4)in view of the disadvantages of high price,bulky and inflexible of the stacker,this paper proposes to replace the stacker with AGV as the warehouse handling equipment,and designs the data exchange mode between the ground dispatching system of AGV and the warehouse management system.This paper studies the agv-based three-dimensional warehouse management system,which can improve the space utilization of the warehouse,reduce production costs,speed up the turnover of goods,save enterprise funds and improve the level of enterprise warehouse management automation.The successful application of the system in enterprises proves the effectiveness of the research in this paper.
