In recent years,with the development of the economy and the increasing demand for quality of life,the demand for fresh frozen food has also increased.Cold chain logistics has been valued and developed,and a large number of warehouse-type cold chain enterprises have followed Health,the competition of cold chain companies is also increasing.The cold chain warehouse is the core of the warehouse-type cold chain enterprise.The backward warehouse management system and management method will prolong the cold chain circulation time,increase the cold chain circulation loss,and cause huge economic losses,thus making the enterprise lose its competitiveness.Therefore,how to improve the operational efficiency and management level of cold chain storage has become an important research topic for cold chain enterprises.This thesis takes the storage management of SL Cold Chain Group as the research object.Through the analysis of the existing business processes of SL Group warehouse,it is found that the management of SL Group warehouse has extensive operation mode,untimely data update and poor business synergy.Based on the current research results of intelligent warehousing management at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation and needs of SL Group warehousing management,digital design of SL Group's warehousing management system,including the identification design and digitization of cargo space and pallets.Warehousing management system overall structure model design,warehouse business process design,management information system database design and so on.In order to solve the problems of low overall efficiency caused by random location allocation at the time of storage,according to the target of SL Group,the objective function and constraints are selected to design the location allocation optimization model.Finally,the genetic algorithm and MATLAB program are used to solve the simulation,and the validity and feasibility of the optimization model are verified.The design work done in this thesis will lay the foundation for the development of the storage management system of SL Cold Chain Group in the future,and also provide a certain reference value for the digital construction of cold chain warehouse.
