In recent years,the development of new media has greatly impacted the original communication pattern.The audience's attention to traditional media has been dispersed by new media,which directly leads to a significant drop in advertising fees,circulation,and audience ratings.Traditional media faces a severe crisis of survival.At the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the state proposed a new mainstream media strategy from the top-level design level.In response to the transformation task and ease the pressure of survival,traditional media organization began to integrate the transformation path.With the further integration of media,the demand for new media talents in traditional media organization has greatly increased,and new media practitioners have become an important part of traditional media organization.At the same time,due to the inherent drawbacks of traditional media,a wave of "departure tide" has been triggered by the media.To study the current state of professional psychology of new media practitioners in such media,this paper adopts the method of Field Research,and takes the traditional media Inner Mongolia Daily as the research location.The new media practitioners of Inner Mongolia Daily are reported as the research objects,and go deep into the group of new media practitioners of Inner Mongolia Daily,then combine in-depth interviews and participation observations.From the perspective of "Person".The professional psychology of new media practitioners in the traditional media organization is presented in three aspects: professional identity,role stress and job burnout.On the basis ofpresenting the status quo,the professional psychological adjustment strategy is proposed from three perspectives: individual,organization and society.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part discusses the main problems that this research is trying to solve,the significance of the status quo of new media practitioners in the traditional media organization,and the research status of the new media practitioners in the traditional media organization.The Field Research method we used,and the case where the author applied the research method in doing Field Research processes.Finally,the innovation of the paper is elaborated.The second part discusses the changes in talent demand of Inner Mongolia Daily in the context of media integration.First of all,we will sort out the media integration process of Inner Mongolia Daily,and show the current situation of media integration development of IMD(Inner Mongolia Daily).On this basis,in-depth interview is running with the director of the media integration department of Inner Mongolia Daily,to understand the current demand for media talents in Inner Mongolia Daily.The third part is about the objective of author's Field Research-the content and process of the new media practitioners of Inner Mongolia Daily,including the editors of Wechat,Weibo,Web and Clients,new media reporters,technology and designers.Based on understanding the work content and process,the fourth part is better presented.The fourth part discusses the core content of this paper which is the current state of professional psychology of new media practitioners in the traditional media organization.This part mainly relies on the Field Log recorded by the author,which is from three aspects of professional identity,role stress,burnout,and the different dimensions of these three aspects,presenting and discussing the professional psychology of new media practitioners in the traditional media organization.The fifth part proposes a targeted adjustment strategy from the perspectives of individual,organization and society according to the current situation of professional psychology.Provide suggestions and strategies foradapting the psychological status of new media practitioners in traditional media organization.
