In recent years,with the rapid development of new media,We Chat,Weibo,and mobile clients are full of daily life,which not only affects people's lifestyle and access to information,but also brings challenges to the development of traditional media.Due to the influence of new media,the circulation of traditional paper media has declined,and readers are getting more and more.There are also newspapers exploring transformation.In this critical period,Inner Mongolia Daily,the party's mouthpiece,chose the road to transformation.This paper combines the current macroeconomic background of the domestic media's all-media transformation,summarizes the current elements of the all-media transformation of the newspaper industry,and uses the marketing analysis method swot analysis to analyze the internal and external environment and advantages of the Inner Mongolia Daily(Mongolian version)all-media transformation.Weaknesses are analyzed.The paper discusses the current status and role of Inner Mongolia Daily(Mongolian version)in the transformation of allmedia,finds out problems in the process of all-media transformation in the newspaper industry,and makes suggestions.This thesis consists of three parts: introduction,main body,and conclusion.The introduction of the thesis states the research object,research purpose and significance,literature review and research methods of this thesis.This thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the analysis of the background and elements of the domestic media's all-media transformation.The second chapter is the environmental analysis of the Inner Mongolia Daily's all-media transformation.The swot analysis method is mainly used to describe the development environment of Inner Mongolia Daily.The third chapter is the analysis of the Inner Mongolia Daily's all-media transformation,including the ideas of Inner Mongolia Daily's all-media transformation,a series of practices and the role of transformation.The fourth chapter is the problems and suggestions in the process of Inner Mongolia Daily's all-media transformation.
