The coordination and cooperation of supply chain can not only maximize the benefits of the whole supply chain,but also monitor the production management status of members in real time.It can find and solve problems timely and effectively,so as to maintain stable development of the supply chain.To realize the coordination of the supply chain,the first key problem to be solved is the information synergy between the enterprises in the supply chain.Only by achieving information synergy and ensuring the transmission of information in the supply chain timely and effectually,can the members make a better and faster decision in the current network era.The information collaboration of supply chain is studied in depth,and the common distributed supply chain is chosen as the object.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The general framework and supply chain model of supply chain information collaboration under multi Agent are constructed.By introducing the idea of multi Agent to simulate the information synergy process of the supply chain,a multi Agent based supply chain information collaboration framework is constructed,and the structure and function of the supply chain entities are abstracted.The multi Agent system was divided into two parts: structural modules and functional modules.The structure module includes manufacturer Agent,distributor Agent and seller Agent,and functional modules include information coordination Agent,sales Agent,inventory management Agent,production management Agent and material management Agent,etc.In order to verify the effect of information synergy on supply chain,a three level supply chain model was constructed,and analyzed the order process and inventory situation of each member in the model.(2)Based on the three level supply chain information collaboration multi Agent model,the simulation analysis is carried out.The hypothesis of supply chain simulation model is assumed,and models of supply chain members Agent and internal enterprise Agent was established.Through the study of the collaborative process of each Agent in the model,choose MMSE prediction technology and order-to-up inventory strategy to analyze the change of orders and inventory in three level supply chains under two situations: information sharing and non-information sharing.Repast simulation software was used to simulate the model,and the simulation results verify the effect of information synergy on reducing the "bullwhip effect" of distributed supply chain.(3)The information collaboration of supply chain based on cloud environment is proposed,and a heterogeneous data exchange scheme is designed.The main problem of supply chain information collaboration is the multisource heterogeneity of each member's system in the supply chain.In view of the problem,a multi-source heterogeneous data exchange solution in cloud computing environment is proposed.In the solution,XML and Web Service technology was used to realize the exchange of heterogeneous data,the transformation process and transformation rules between XML and relational database was designed.In view of the information security involved in the process of heterogeneous data exchange,an arithmetic combining RSA with AES to encrypt the information in the process of data exchange was designed.
