With rapid progress in semiconductor manufacturing and production process,the scale of integrated circuit(IC)in continuously improve,the overall size of the expanding,high speed high performance system chip power consumption become have become increasingly prominent,especially of process dimensions continue to shrink due to the leakage power of increasing.When the IC into nanometer era,to further accelerate the growth rate of the total power consumption of the circuit,especially static power(leakage)has become with the proportion of dynamic power to match the power part,and it caused,such as a package,power supply,signal integrity,heat dissipation and so on a series of new problems.Power dissipation and related problems have become a new problem to be solved in large scale integrated circuits and systems.Integrated circuit with CMOS process in diminishing,the overall size of the circuit in the fast increasing,the working frequency in to the high frequency or is ultra high frequency(UHF)development,as Moore's law describes the rules that,continuously decreasing size of CMOS technology,Intel Corporation have been the first to start a 30 nm and below technology research.General digital circuit realization form can be realized by based on traditional Boolean logical(Boolean,or can also be based on "AND / OR" "AND / XOR" operation set based RM logic to achieve.Through a lot of experiments show that the RM logic circuit in the system can be tested,the realization of cost,area,speed,power consumption and other aspects of traditional Boolean logic(TB)more advantage.With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology,compared with the TB logic,RM logic is more and more attention,in which a number of research results have been born.Such as conversion based on TB and RM logic,such as and / or logical functions and AND/ XOR logic function transformation,the polarity of the Boolean logic functions and RM function optimization,about RM logic function,logic function of Boolean logic,Boolean logic functions and RM functions of logic synthesis theory.But these studies too surface,most of the limitations on algorithm level and circuit level such as based,on circuit structure of RM logic circuits and TB logic circuit between the comprehensive performance is a lack of research,in the same circumstances respectively,using the logic of TB and RM have what don't,the respective characteristics of the two sides is what under what circumstances for using TB logic and under what conditions the use of RM logic circuits and so on are lack of research.Today's integrated circuit design is mainly rely on logic cell library design,but traditional logic cell library is mainly oriented TB logic synthesis and optimization design and develop,does not contain after comprehensive optimization of RM logic standard cell,not to mention the TB logic and RM logic composite door logic unit.The TB logic and RM logic circuit performance comparison and making them composite door logic unit is applied to the standard cell library optimization design and development and through the application of the dual logic to reduce leakage power technology,will be a very meaningful,and market prospects of the research work.In view of this,this paper through the analysis of the current situation of the domestic and foreign research present situation,through the use of Synopsys,cadence software,and of all TB logic and RM logic circuit leakage power simulation test and study how to both are combined into a new logical unit,on a variety of different structures with or XOR gate analysis,put forward a low power logic gate circuit,finally through the layout current situation characteristics,layout combined into extraction,design a low leakage power dissipation of the dual logic standard cell.The main contents of this paper are:1.The potential value of current-mode circuit in the future application of integrated circuits is expounded.The advantages of hybrid logic circuits and traditional Boolean logic circuits in performance and power consumption are compared,and the application prospects of hybrid dual-logic circuits are emphasized.2.The paper mainly introduces two kinds of main current mold circuit,namely monorail current mold circuit and double track electric current mold circuit.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the monorail current-mode circuit are discussed.The basic flow of the MOS current-mode circuit design and the related important parameters in the design process are introduced.3.Introduce the structure and performance of traditional TB logic and RM logic to current-mode TB circuit and current-mode RM circuit,and how to carry out HSPICE simulation at design time.According to the results of trial and error under different constraints Dual-logic circuit in the power consumption of the degree of optimization.4.The paper mainly introduces the common standard unit package,and analyzes some of its related performance characteristics.Thus extended to a current-mode circuit unit package from the library,physical library,timing library and other related basic flow of the introduction.The remaining part is to explain how the original logic mapping technology based on the analysis of "integrated-extraction-re-synthesis" approach to the results of the impact of the proposed constraints under the conditions of specific constraints TB / RM double Logical mapping,and how to effectively combine the two logic to form a new composite gate logic unit,and verify that the dual-logic circuit mapping results meet the design requirements.
