Study On Mobile R&D Projects Risk Management Of SR Company

In this era of information technology,with the popularity of smart phones,the mobile phone industry has a huge market demand.But it followed by increasingly fierce market competition environment.It is the urgent needs and research directions for the mobile research and development companies as SR.This thesis takes the SR Company as the research object,guided by the theory of risk management,and made the analysis of the risk management status of SR mobile R & D projects.Through analysis and research,we pointed out the problems in the six process of the risk management of SR Company.We combined with risk management knowledge and the actual situation of SR Company,and provide the solutions for all stages.This thesis provide the solutions for all stages: In the stage of risk planning,a systematic and comprehensive risk management process should be formulated,an effective risk management organization should be established,and an assessment mechanism should be formulated.In the stage of risk identification and measurement,FMEA,causality diagram,fault tree and risk list management are used to identify and evaluate the risk factors.When choosing the method to deal with the risk,different risk response measures are selected for different types of risk,and emergency plans are made and drilled.In risk decision making,the method of loss expectation is used as the basis for decision making.In the process of the project,the risk factors are tracked dynamically,and the risk assessment,assessment and summary are carried out at the end of the project.We can see through the research that: combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,adopting scientific methods and tools to establish a systematic risk management process is an effective project for mobile phone R&D enterprises to control project risk management.
