The university's orientation work is becoming more and more important in the whole process of enrollment management.The orientation work can enable students to experience the human care and personality charm of the university and leave a good first impression on students.Because the enrollment of university is different from that of primary and secondary schools,not only the registration and other business needs to be handled,but also the distribution of daily life items to students,which is rather tedious.Traditional orientation work is manual to record corresponding information,which is very inefficient,and students have to wait for a long time to handle a transaction,which increases students' aversion.How to improve the handling efficiency of orientation work is a problem that needs to be solved.The system is proposed to solve the practical problems encountered in the orientation work of hunan vocational and technical college of transportation.The system is developed by using B/S architecture,ASP.NET and SQL Server 2012 technology.The main work is as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the orientation work of hunan traffic vocational and technical college,proposes specific solutions,and determines the research route of the paper.Second,the orientation of the whole work of the business process analysis,to extract the involved business entities as well as the user object,takes the form of a use case diagram for the needs of different users for research and analysis,to determine the function of the system requirements: registration registration,tuition payment management,dormitory distribution management,items,distribution management etc.With the development of mobile Internet,in order to facilitate students' information inquiry,many students hope to check their admission status,enrollment process and relevant matters needing attention through mobile phones.In order to meet this special need,the system also needs to provide mobile APP functions.Because the student registration work is concentrated in a few days,the number of college enrollment is relatively large,and there will be a lot of concurrent users to access the system during the registration period,so the system should be able to support 1,000 concurrent access operations,and the system response time should not exceed 5s at most.Then,the system is the optimization and upgrading of the original orientation management system,so when new requirements are obtained,the system architecture of the original system needs to be analyzed,to analyze whether the original architecture can meet the new requirements,to make targeted optimization and improvement,and to determine the system's functional architecture.The process of typical functional modules is introduced in detail in the form of sequence diagram,and the database design result of the optimized system is given.Finally,the optimized system is programmed.Because the original system is based on C/S mode,and the upgraded and optimized system is based on B/S mode,the designed optimization system needs to be programmed.It adopts simple and understandable C# language for programming,adopts standard language,adds necessary comments,encapsulates common methods,modularizes functions,disconnects business logic and presentation layer and data layer,and facilitates the maintenance and upgrade of the system in the future.In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the system,the upgraded system needs to be used in parallel with the original system.After the completion of user testing,the system can be truly deployed to hunan transportation vocational and technical college for use.Through the use of the system,convenient for students to report to the admission information,processes,and relevant announcements,query,each department can report by student bar code from the list of students' basic information,avoid duplication of input,and greatly improve the working efficiency,the original report three days of work need only can be completed in a day.
