With the rapid development of global mobile terminal and microelectronics technology,the degree of automation in the transmission and assembly of electronic components is not high enough.However,if the production line workers have long working hours,fatigue and operation errors will be generated,which will have a great impact on the transmission of high precision components of electronic products and the stability of assembly.With the development of new and high technology industries and the increase of product assembly work,it has greatly improved the automation of the requirements for electronic products,so more and more automated assembly technology of electronics components have been carried with depth study.In this paper,design a machine after a full understanding of the production environment of the b-spring,the voice coil motor b-spring bend into 90 degrees,and cut into individual shrapnel,move and install to the coil opposite Coil-LH after UV dispensing,for site preparation process of rubber shrapnel activities.First of all,this paper analyzes the structure and characteristic of voice coil motor,according to manufacturing requirements of b-spring production,the encountered problems in the production process of b-spring,and it puts forward the solution to the problem,the solution design to determine the basic principle of bending and assembling the machine.Subsequently,the detailed structure design was carried out based on the 3D design software.The voice coil motor under elastic bending,breaking,transmission,absorption and operation of the five operation implementation mechanism design,and completed the whole assembly,material selection and so on.Secondly,the b-spring is very sensitive to bending 90 degrees of this parameter,carried out analysis of shrapnel bending springback of voice coil motor.The springback mechanism derived from bending to the stress process of sheet forming of the whole process.The expression of springback angle is deduced.The springback angle expressions are based on influence factor analysis of bending springback.To carry out the springback simulation of shrapnel and shrapnel modal simulation using finite element simulation software ANSYS,the springback quantity can be used to guide the production mode,and simulation results can be used to avoid the resonance link in the production process,quality assurance process.Thirdly,the voice coil motor under shrapnel folding and assembly machine to complete the processing and assembly,the machine was commissioning and processing,for example the following shrapnel bending angle statistics processing precision.The results show that the maximum error of under shrapnel bending angle is 4 degrees,to which meets the precision requirement of 90°±4°;The CPK is 1.30,and the potential CPK is 1.56;the average position error of shrapnel bending line is 0.024 mm and the maximum value is 0.07 mm,which meets the precision demand.Above all,we can conclude that the machine design is feasible,stable and reliable.Finally,the problems in practical use are summarized,and the optimization measures are put forward to optimize the next step.
