Development Of Standard Part Database For Automobile Mould And Study Of Springback For Panel

Automobile panel is an important part of the car, which is one of the main factors of deciding market competitiveness about automobile products. The main research contents include development of standard part database for automobile mould and study of spring-back for panel. On the one hand, the goal is to reduce automobile panels stamping mould design time and mold testing time; on the other hand, the goal is to forecast rupture, wrinkling, thinning and spring-back in the process of sheet metal forming, evaluate sheet forming performance, improve the quality of products. Contents as follows:This paper use Solidworks to construct automobile panel stamping mould standard database system based on 3D parametric design model, establish the method of online information browsing and downloading which is standard part database for automobile mould based on Web. Operating standard part database system, which realize the large scope for different sharing of product information, shorten new product development cycles and raise the working efficiency of the enterprises.This paper study the elastic-plastic deformation of automobile panel stamping process and theoretical analysis of spring-back, use Dynaform software to simulate panel stamping process, research the various defects in the process of forming, analyze spring-back. According to the post-processing results, spring-back of automobile panel is analyzed, measures of controlling spring-back quantity are proposed, parameter selection and trial-production of automobile mould are provided theoretical basis.
