With the development of micro motor,sensor and modern control technology,the motor drive system is growing in the direction of integration and precision.At the same time,the voice coil motor drive system developed into a new height as many high-performance control systems are innovated.In recent years,the realization of the advanced PID control in MCU gradually mature,the performance is well about the accuracy and stability,therefore,this algorithm dominates stable status in the industrialization.Compared with the structure of traditional DC drive control system,the voice coil motor drive control system is similar.Because of the thrust fluctuation is small,response is fast,and thrust coefficient is constant,in the aspect of anti-jamming and fasting response,the disturbance is restrained by the method of differential advance,the feedforward control is introduced and improve the anti-disturbance and response characteristic,then the fuzzy tuning PID parameters are used to ensure the control quality.The simulation results show that the control method can effectively improve the control precision and control stability.This paper studies the clip connection of workpiece installation,the processes has three major motions: Motor reset,smooth operation,fix the workpiece A to the workpiece B.Motor reset is designed by position calibration and reciprocating motion.Among them,smooth operation is divided into two motions,first,fast moving to the setting area,second,slow moving to the surface of the workpiece.The two motions are mainly based on position control.Using position judgement,and then,switching control mode between the high speed and low speed,on the basis of accurate positioning,ensure system running efficiently and stable.When contacting the surface of workpiece,ensure the workpiece without occurrence of extrusion and damage,gradually increasing thrust,through real-time monitoring the position,achieving force and position hybrid control effective,increasing thrust at low speed,emergency stop the motor at instantly high speed.The experimental results show that this control method can effectively implement the process of rapid feed,soft landing and fastening.
