In recent years,the number of sub healthy people is growing,and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and tumors and other diseases are spreading constantly,which is threatening the life and health of people seriously.It has been gradually realized that early detection of sub-health status and potential diseases through physical examination and timely adjustment and treatment are of great significance for improving curative effect,reducing medical expenses and improving the quality of life.At present,the number of physical examination centers in China has increased rapidly,and various kinds of medical institutions,such as public hospitals,sole proprietorship and joint venture coexist.The rapid development of health examination industry makes the market competition increasingly fierce.However the management of some public hospitals is still lagging behind.It is urgent to improve the quality,efficiency and service standard of the physical examination center through scientific management means and information management tools,and improve the market competitiveness as a whole additionally.The development of the physical examination center has a positive impact on the overall development of the hospital.On the basis of understanding the advantages and disadvantages,the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University decided to integrate the existing physical examination and introduce the information system to manage the business of the physical examination center.The new management system integrates the existing physical examination business process,optimizes the business redundancy,and increases the dimension of data resources.It can help patient define the purpose of physical examination,and help hospital monitor the patient's physical condition accurately.According to the demands of the physical examination of the hospital,the system mainly designed and implemented three modules,the basic data module,the work business module and the background service module.The basic data module is mainly used to manage some data involved in the physical examination management system.The work business module mainly realizes the information operation of the physical examination process,including the nurse's work module,the doctor's work module and the financial work module.The backstage service module is mainly responsible for some data setting,data acquisition and so on.The development of this system is strictly in accordance with the standard software development process.At the beginning of the system design,it investigates the existing health examination management system on the market,then uses UML to model and analyze the business of the health physical examination center,and then designs and implements the health physical examination center management system of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University according to the system demand.Under the C/S framework,the system is developed by VB,and Oracle is used to store data in the background.After the development of the system,detailed tests were carried out to confirm the correctness and overall performance of the system.After the completion of the development,the function of the system basically meets the business needs of the health physical examination center in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University,and has good performance in the aspects of simple operation and data statistics.It is expected to provide a complete and efficient service for the health examination center in the future application.
